Stayed at Asana for 4 days. Central location on a street almost too narrow for vehicles. Watch out for motor bikes. Room was big, well airconditioned and clean. Breakfast overlooking the pool was varied catering for local and Western tastes.

The only downside was the beach and the sea was very dirty with plastic rubbish. It was nicer to stay by the hotel pool.

Pleasantly surprised, great location, rooms are good size, breakfast more than adequate. 2 pools to choose from, lovely, friendly staff. My only complaint, and it has nothing t do with the hotel, most taxis will not drive down Poppies, so it was a walk to either the beach or Legian road to get a taxi.

We recently stayed here for a couple of days on a week trip around bali. We returned for one last night before heading home. For a kuta hotel around 45 to 60 bucks depending upon your bargaining ability this hotel is the best I have found having travelled to bali on numerous occasions. My rooms on the stays were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is fine, shower is fine but takes a little while to warm up. Staff friendly and location is great. Recommend for good quality cheap accomodation.

We have just had a lovely stay at the Asana Agung Putra Bali. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are very spacious, modern and very clean. We had tea and coffee facilities and even a lovely chaise lounge. There are 2 pools which are very clean. One is a “party pool” and the other is a “serenity pool”, which is a wonderful idea if you want peace to relax. The location is perfect. with great eating places close by. I am looking forward to my next stay here. Rhonda and Geoff Perth, Western Australia

This is a great budget hotel – rooms are very well appointed for the price.
It has two pools – one dedicated “Quiet” pool which is a great idea for this who want to read or relax quietly. I also love the doors – beautiful carved and painted (bit of traditional mixed with otherwise modern facilities)
The staff were very helpful and put us in adjoining rooms (with interconnecting room door) great for maybe people traveling with children?
